Your social media.

Handled as much, or as little, as you want.

Strategy, writing, graphics, video, scheduling, even the comments. You choose how involved you want to be. I take care of the rest. You run your business. I make sure people can find it.

Founding client pricing is live: 50% off your first 12 months. I’m keeping this round intentionally small, so there are just a few founding spots available.

The Problem

You can’t book clients from a dark room.

Here’s the hard truth, and I say it with love because I’ve lived it: you can be incredible at what you do and still be invisible. You can’t sit in your space, doing beautiful work, and expect clients to just find you. That’s not how it works anymore. Maybe it never was.

And I know what the days actually look like. It’s 9pm. The house is finally quiet. And instead of resting, you’re staring at a blank caption box wondering what on earth to post tomorrow. Or you’re not posting at all, and you know it, and every quiet week your business stays a little more hidden than it deserves to be.

Here’s the thing nobody says out loud: doing social media properly is a full time job. Research, strategy, writing, graphics, video, scheduling, replying, then doing it all again next week.

It’s not that you’re bad at social media. It’s that you already have a job. It’s called running your business.

The Shift

Your future clients need to feel your work before they ever book it.

This is the part most marketing advice misses. People don’t book services from a list of features. They book because something they saw made them feel it.

When you showcase what you actually do, the way you work a specific muscle, the tool you use, the care you take, the space you’ve created, your future clients don’t just see it. They feel it. They imagine themselves on your table, in your chair, in your shop. They feel it so strongly that they book it.

That’s what showing up online actually does. It’s not about going viral. It’s about being visible in the places your people already are, saying the things they need to hear, consistently enough that when they’re finally ready, you’re the name that comes to mind.

Because here’s something I tell my clients all the time: consistency matters more than creativity. You don’t need to be clever every day. You need to be present.

That’s what I do for you.

But here’s where I’m going to be really honest with you. There are a lot of people offering “done for you content” right now. Most of it is generic, could-be-anybody filler. You’ve seen those posts. You’ve scrolled right past those posts.

The difference isn’t the posting. The difference is what happens BEFORE the posting.

Hi I’m Haley

I live right here on the South Shore Nova Scotia, and I run two businesses of my own: a wellness practice and this marketing company. So every single thing I recommend to you, I’ve tested on my own business first. When I say I know what it’s like to be the owner, the bookkeeper, the customer service department, AND the person who’s supposed to be posting on Facebook, I’m not being cute. That’s my actual Tuesday.

I started Future Focused Marketing because I kept watching amazing local businesses and practitioners stay invisible online. Not because their work wasn’t incredible, but because nobody has time to run a business all day and become a content creator all night.

You shouldn’t have to choose between doing your work and marketing your work. So now you don’t.

HOW IT WORKS

Two questions decide everything.

When we hop on your free fit call, I’m really only asking you two things:

What do you want social media to actually DO for your business?

How involved do you want to be?

That’s it. Your answer to the first question tells us which platforms your customers are on. Your answer to the second tells us which level fits your life and your budget. No packages built around post counts. No paying for things you don’t need. Just the right amount of help, on the right platforms.

Because this isn’t about convincing anyone. It’s about helping your future clients feel safe enough to choose you. And the level system works the same way: you start where it feels easy, and you win from there.

The Process

Here’s exactly how it works, start to finish.

Step 1: We capture your brand (this is the magic part)

Before I create a single thing, we build your Brand Guide together. You fill out a short intake form (about 10 minutes), then you and I hop on a Brand Discovery Call. No homework, no prep. We just talk.

I’ll ask you about your favourite clients, the things you say all the time, the phrases that make you cringe when your competitors use them, and what you actually do differently. Then I take all of that and write your official Brand Guide: your voice, your values, your vocabulary, and your unique advantage, all documented.

This is why my content sounds like you and everyone else’s sounds like a robot. And you keep the Brand Guide forever, no matter what.

Step 2: We pick your platforms and your level

On our call, we figure out where YOUR customers actually spend their time. Not where the internet says you “should” be. Where your people are. Then you tell me how hands-on you want to be, and we match you to your level. Those are the only decisions you ever have to make.

Step 3: I build your strategy

Every platform is its own little world. What works on Instagram flops on LinkedIn. What crushes on Facebook means nothing on TikTok. I research what’s actually working in your industry right now and build a strategy for each platform you chose, mapped into a monthly content calendar you can see at a glance.

Every platform I work on gets done properly. Not stretched thin. Not “one post a week and hope for the best.” Each platform gets the rhythm, format, and attention it actually needs to work.

That’s my job to figure out, not yours.

Step 4: Your level kicks in

Depending on what you chose, I hand you your playbook, deliver your ready-to-post content, publish everything for you, or run the whole show including your comments and messages. Whatever your level, you always see and approve the plan first.

Step 5: We keep it growing

We meet every month to talk strategy, review what’s working, and plan what’s next. That conversation actually becomes your content (sneaky, I know). Your content gets smarter every month because it’s built on real results, not guesses.

PRICING - THE FOUR Levels

How involved do you want to be?

I price by platform, not by post count. Here’s why I made that shift: when I first built these packages, I did what everyone does and counted posts. But after doing this work, I can tell you the number of posts was never the thing that made it work. What made it work was doing each platform properly, at the rhythm that platform actually rewards, and that number changes month to month as algorithms and seasons change.

So I stopped promising a number and started promising the outcome instead. When I take on a platform, it gets whatever it takes to actually work. The only questions are which platforms, and how much of the work you want to keep.

All prices are per platform, per month. Founding clients get 50% off, locked in for 12 months.

LEVEL 1: THE PLAYBOOK

$250/month per platform ($125 founding rate)

“Tell me what to post. I’ll take it from there.”

You get the full strategy and a detailed monthly content calendar: what to post, when to post it, what to say, and why it works. You create and publish it yourself, with a clear map in hand and none of the guesswork.

Best for: the hands-on owner or solo practitioner who has more time than budget right now, and just needs someone to hand them the map. This is where most of my wellness colleagues start, and it’s a genuinely great place to start.

LEVEL 2: THE TOOLKIT

$750 to $1,000/month per platform ($375 to $500 founding rate)

“Make it for me. I’ll hit post.”

Everything in The Playbook, plus I create every asset: captions written in your voice, polished graphics, edited video, all delivered ready to go. You post on your own schedule and keep full control of your accounts. Exact price depends on your content mix, since a video-heavy month is a different animal than graphics and carousels.

Best for: the owner who wants professional content but likes holding the keys.

LEVEL 3: DONE-FOR-YOU (most popular)

$1,000 to $1,500/month per platform ($500 to $750 founding rate)

“Handle it. I’ll approve with my coffee.”

Everything in The Toolkit, plus I publish it all for you, on schedule, automatically. You review your content calendar once, tell me if anything feels off, and then never think about it again. No logging in. No copy-pasting. No “oh no, I forgot to post this week.”

Best for: the owner who wants their time back. This is the one most of my clients choose.

LEVEL 4: FULLY MANAGED

$2,000 to $3,000/month per platform ($1,000 to $1,500 founding rate)

“Be my social media department.”

Everything in Done-For-You, plus daily engagement: I respond to comments, manage your DMs, engage with your community, and keep your presence alive between posts, all in your voice, guided by your Brand Guide. This is the difference between having content and having a presence.

Best for: the established business ready to fully hand it off and own their space.

Most businesses do NOT need Level 4, and I’ll tell you if you don’t. On our fit call I’ll recommend the level and platforms that actually fit your goals and your budget, even if that means recommending less. Start where it feels easy. Win there. Grow when you’re ready. That’s growth that feels good, and it’s the only kind I’m interested in helping you build.

Add-ons available at any level: Google Business Profile management, monthly blog articles for your website, filming sessions, and a monthly email newsletter. We’ll find your perfect fit on our call.

FOR MY WELLNESS PEOPLE

A note for my fellow practitioners.

If you’re a reflexologist, massage therapist, acupuncturist, or wellness provider reading this, I see you, because I am you. I know the cash flow reality of a hands-on practice. Your income is your hands and your hours, and a big monthly marketing retainer might not be where you are yet.

That’s exactly why The Playbook exists. For $125 a month as a founding client, you get the thing that’s actually missing: not more effort, but a map. You already know how to make people feel incredible. Your marketing’s only job is to let them feel it before they’ve ever met you. I’ll tell you exactly what to post, when, and why it works for YOUR practice, and you take it from there.

Because the alternative is the thing I say all the time: you can’t sit in a quiet treatment room and hope clients find you. Your future clients are out there scrolling right now. Let’s make sure what they find is you.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Why clients stay (and why this isn’t like the last thing you tried)

It sounds like you. Your Brand Guide means every caption uses your words, your tone, your quirks. Your clients won’t be able to tell the difference. Honestly, sometimes you won’t either.

You choose your involvement. From “just give me the map” to “run the whole department,” you pay for exactly the amount of help you want. Nothing more.

Every platform gets done properly. I don’t sell post counts. When I take on a platform, it gets the rhythm and attention it actually needs to work.

No camera required. If you can have a conversation, you have a content strategy. Camera shy? We’ll build everything from a chat.

The right platforms, not all the platforms. More isn’t better. I put your content where your customers actually spend time, so every post is working, not just existing.

No contracts. Month to month, always. Move up a level, move down a level, add a platform, drop one. Stay because it’s working, not because you signed something.

A real human (hi, it’s me) reviews everything. Tools help me work fast. Judgment is all human. Nothing goes out that I wouldn’t put my own name on.

Don’t just take my word for it.

“Haley is my go to lady when I need to sit down and strategize for my business. She has helped me work through business ideas, mental blocks and business struggles. Her strong communication skills, care for her clients and digital marketing knowledge makes her the real deal.”

THE BRAND GUIDE OFFER: WHERE EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA CLIENT STARTS

The Brand Guide isn’t a bonus or a limited-time perk. It’s built into every social media package, every time.

Here’s why: before a single piece of content goes out, we need to know exactly who you are, how you sound, and what you stand for. That’s what the Brand Guide gives us: the intake, the discovery call, and your complete written brand voice documents. It’s the foundation everything else gets built on.

That’s why the Brand Guide is always your first month of work with me. Once it’s done, month two is when social media creative and posting begins.

Want to move faster? You can fast-track the process for an additional investment. We’ll complete your Brand Guide and have you posting social content just one week later, instead of waiting the full month.

And no matter which path you choose, the Brand Guide is yours to keep forever. Even if you ever part ways with me, you walk away owning your complete brand voice documents. Most businesses never get this. You’ll wonder how you worked without it.

FAQ

Questions I know you’re thinking

How often will you post?

As often as each platform needs to actually work. That’s part of what you’re paying me to know. Posting rhythms are different on every platform, and they change as algorithms change. What I’ll never do is stretch a thin posting schedule across your platforms just to hit a package number. Every platform gets done properly, full stop.

Why is the price "per platform"?

Because each platform is its own job. Instagram Reels and LinkedIn might as well be different countries: different formats, different audiences, different strategies. Pricing per platform means you only pay for the presence you actually need, and every platform you do pay for gets real attention instead of leftovers.

Which level should I pick?

Honest answer: come to the fit call and I’ll tell you. As a rule of thumb, if you have more time than budget right now, that’s The Playbook. If you want professional content but like posting yourself, that’s The Toolkit. If you want your evenings back, that’s Done-For-You. And if you want to never open the app again, that’s Fully Managed. Most of my clients choose
Done-For-You, and my wellness colleagues usually start with The Playbook.

Do I have to be on camera?

Nope. Everything can be built from a conversation, your existing content, or even a voice memo you record in the car. If you WANT to do video, I’ll make it painless. If you don’t, you’ll never have to.

What if I don't like a post?

You see content before it publishes and you can request tweaks anytime. That said, because we build your Brand Guide first, most clients approve with barely a change. That’s the whole point of doing the foundation work.

How fast will I see results?

Social media is a compounding game, not a lottery ticket. Most clients start noticing the difference (more profile visits, more questions, people saying “I saw your post!”) around the 60 to 90 day mark, and it builds from there. Anyone promising you overnight results is selling something, and it isn’t results. What I promise is consistency, quality, and content that sounds like you. That’s what actually works.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Everything is month to month. You can change levels, add or drop platforms, pause, or cancel anytime, and the Brand Guide is yours to keep either way. I want clients who stay because the work is working. That’s the whole business model.

Which platforms do you cover?

Facebook, Instagram (Feed, Stories, and Reels), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Threads, plus Google Business Profile as an add-on. On our fit call we’ll choose the right mix for YOUR customers. More platforms isn’t better. The right platforms is better.

What do you need from me each month?

Depends on your level. Playbook and Toolkit clients do their own posting with my materials. Done-For-You and Fully Managed clients chat with me once a month (that call actually becomes your content, sneaky, I know) and spend a few minutes approving the calendar. Either way, your job is to run your business.

What happens to my founding rate after 12 months?

You get 50% off for your entire first year, guaranteed. After that you move to the regular rate for your level and platforms, and you’ll have a full year of results to show it’s worth every penny. No surprises, no fine print. I’ll remind you before anything changes.

Why is the founding price so low?

Because I’m building my founding client roster and I want real results and real testimonials from real local businesses. You get a full year at half price. I get proof. Everybody wins. Once the founding spots are full, new clients pay regular rates from day one.

Why are founding spots limited?

Because I actually do the work. Every platform I take on gets real strategy, real content, and real attention, and there are only so many I can deliver properly at once. The limit isn’t a marketing tactic. It’s the reason the quality holds.

How do I know this will work for my kind of business?

This is built for local service providers: trades, clinics, wellness practices, shops, restaurants, and solo practitioners. If your customers live nearby and search online, this is for you. And we start with a free fit call, so neither of us commits until we know it’s a match.
